It is our goal to offer the highest level of service by trained professionals in the most relaxing environment for our clients.

We kindly ask for your understanding that a group policy is put into place in order to efficiently secure your reservation. For group appointments, we must arrange for additional staff and refuse our walk-in clientele in order to accommodate your party.

Below are our rules in regards to group appointment services:

FOR PARTIES OF (5) AND MORE:

  • Name, phone number, and credit card information are required for reservation.

  • Party reservations begin at $60 per person or any services above $60.

  • We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

    • If there is no cancellation 24 hours prior to the reservation, the customer’s credit card will be charged 50% of the services booked.

    • If entire party (total number of services reserved) does not arrive and/or cancels without at 24-hour notice, there will be a 50% charge of the remaining services booked.

    • Please note: If one or more people in your party cannot make it, please let us know 24 hours prior and there will be no extra charge, otherwise 50% charge rule will be applied. Also, if you are running late, please remember to give us a call; after the time of reservation, we are no longer required to hold your appointment and may not be able to accommodate your entire party thereafter.

  • We are not responsible for any food, beverage, goods, and etc. deliveries 

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
